For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ATM, and Care Credit. Payment in full is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. All patients are requested to pay their bill in full on the day of service. If the patient is unable to pay in full, we expect the patient to pay that portion of the bill not covered by insurance. In some cases, due to insurance coverage, there will be no out of pocket expense. We will attempt to assist you in filing insurance claims. In special circumstances, payment plans are possible.
